4 steps process:

1. tap removal;
2. automatic ari removal, automatic counter and bag filling;
3. nitrogen injection at end of cycle;
4. tap fitting.

Compatta ed ergonomica "BAGY" è un concentrato di tecnologia, facile da utilizzare, per una maggiore produttività pur garantendo la qualità del prodotto confezionato.
Funzionamento in 4 fasi:
1. Rimozione del rubinetto;
2. Depressione del sacchetto, conteggio e riempimento automatico;
3. Saturazione con azoto;
4. Riposizionamento del sacchetto.

BAG IN BOX - mod. "ECO "

Riempitrice semiautomatica adatta per aziende con volumi di produzione inferiori a 5.000 bag in box per anno.
L'addetto seleziona la quantità di lt da riempire nel sacchetto e la macchina esegue una fase completa: apertura dell' elttrovalvola - avvio della pompa - arresto della pompa - chiusura dell'elttrovalvola. L'iniezione di azoto nel sacchetto è manuale.
Il piano di appoggio è regolabile in altezza ed è possibile rimuoverlo per effettuare il riempimento in contenitori rigidi.

Semi-automatic filling machine suitable for companies with lower production volumes in 5000 bag in box per year.
The attendant selects the amount of liters to fill the bag and the machine performs a complete phase: opening of 'electro-valve - pump start - stop the pump - solenoid valve closes. The injection of nitrogen into the bag is manual.
